Organic farming isn’t new. It’s only new to this generation of consumers raised on factory farming and pesticides and the myriad food-altering technologies that have so stealthily snuck into our fields. Borrowing from the pages of old farmer’s almanacs, we juxtaposed the by-gone days of real farming with our dirty era of fast and cheap commodity food. A folksy wake-up call to how far we’ve strayed from the natural course.
